herzlich willkommen beim Landesverband der hamburgischen Standesbeamten e.V.! Als traditionsreicher Fachverband, gegr\u00fcndet 1946, sind wir das zentrale Netzwerk f\u00fcr alle im Personenstandswesen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg t\u00e4tigen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.<\/p>\n

Unsere Kernaufgabe ist die praxisnahe Fortbildung. Das Personenstandsrecht ist stetig im Wandel. Ob im Familienrecht, bei komplexen Namensfragen, im internationalen Privatrecht oder durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung der Register \u2013 von unseren Standesbeamtinnen und Standesbeamten wird im Arbeitsalltag absolute Rechtssicherheit erwartet.<\/p>\n

Um diesen Anspruch zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, bieten wir ein ma\u00dfgeschneidertes Fortbildungsprogramm an. Mit Basisschulungen, Fachbereichs-Workshops und Aufbauseminaren zu aktuellen Gesetzesentwicklungen bereiten wir unsere Mitglieder auf die Herausforderungen der t\u00e4glichen Beurkundungspraxis vor. Neben der Qualifizierung liegt uns der beh\u00f6rden\u00fcbergreifende Erfahrungsaustausch am Herzen. Wir bieten eine Plattform, um schwierige Fallkonstellationen kollegial und l\u00f6sungsorientiert zu diskutieren. Ein H\u00f6hepunkt unseres Verbandslebens ist hierbei unsere j\u00e4hrliche Fachtagung im Rahmen der Jahreshauptversammlung.<\/p>\n
