\nder Landesfachverband der Standesbeamten Sachsen e.V., Mitglied im Bundesverband der deutschen Standesbeamten e.V., hat sich am 25.02.1991 in Chemnitz gegr\u00fcndet und wurde im August 1991 in das Vereinsregister eingetragen.
In unserem Verband sind 154 Einzelmitglieder und 169 Kommunen als Mitglieder organisiert.<\/p>\n

Das Personenstandsrecht geh\u00f6rt zu den komplexesten und kompliziertesten Rechtsmaterien, welches den St\u00e4dten und Gemeinden als Weisungsaufgabe \u00fcbertragen ist , immerhin leiten sich von der pr\u00e4zisen T\u00e4tigkeit der Standesbeamten Rechte und Pflichten aller Staatsb\u00fcrger ab.<\/p>\n

Standesbeamte m\u00fcssen neben dem PStG mit seinen Ausf\u00fchrungsvorschriften noch mehr als 200 weitere Rechtsvorschriften kennen, internationales Privatrecht beachten und richtig anwenden.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=“1_2″ _builder_version=“4.16″ custom_padding=“|||“ global_colors_info=“{}“ custom_padding__hover=“|||“][et_pb_text admin_label=“Textblock 2″ _builder_version=“4.16″ background_size=“initial“ background_position=“top_left“ background_repeat=“repeat“ use_border_color=“off“ border_color=“#ffffff“ border_style=“solid“ global_colors_info=“{}“]\n

\nZiel unseres Verbandes ist deshalb entsprechend der Satzung die Aus- und Fortbildung unserer Standesbeamten, sowie der Personen, die mit personenstandsrechtlichen Aufgaben betraut sind.<\/p>\n

10 Fachberater vermitteln deshalb in j\u00e4hrlichen Fr\u00fchjahrs- und Herbstschulungen den Standesbeamten Wissen und Erfahrungen f\u00fcr die standesamtliche Arbeit, informieren \u00fcber aktuelle Rechtsprechung, Erlasse und Verordnungen und beantworten Fragen aus der Praxis.<\/p>\n

Der s\u00e4chsische Fachverband nimmt \u00fcber die M\u00f6glichkeit der Stellungnahme aktiv am Gesetzgebungsverfahren teil.<\/p>\n
