Aus- und Fortbildung der Standesbeamtinnen und Standesbeamten in Deutschland.<\/p>\n<p>Fachlich unabh\u00e4ngig, als Urkundsbeamte nur dem Gesetz unterworfen, haben die Standesbeamten in Deutschland von jeher innerhalb der kommunalen Verwaltung ein Eigenleben gef\u00fchrt und ein starkes Selbstbewusstsein entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00fcher als andere Bereiche erkannten sie, wie wichtig eine gute Aus- und Fortbildung f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t der t\u00e4glichen Arbeit ist und sie nahmen dies auch selbst in die Hand.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgabe des Bundesverbandes ist seit seiner Gr\u00fcndung im Jahre 1920 (Wiedergr\u00fcndung 1949) die Aus- und Fortbildung sowie die F\u00f6rderung des Erfahrungsaustausches der Standesbeamtinnen und Standesbeamten und der weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in den Standes\u00e4mtern und der Besch\u00e4ftigten in den Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden. \u00c4hnlich formuliert sind die Satzungen der 17 Fachverb\u00e4nde in den 16 Herbstschulungen (sogenannte Dienstbesprechungen) im Benehmen mit den jeweiligen Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden der L\u00e4nder sowie mehrt\u00e4gige Fachtagungen; nicht zuletzt umfassende Schulungsangebote durch die Akademie f\u00fcr Personenstandswesen, die der BDS in Bad Salzschlirf betreibt.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckgrat und St\u00fctzen dieser Aus- und Fortbildung sind die 170 Fachberaterinnen und Fachberater, die ehrenamtlich in den 17 Fachverb\u00e4nden t\u00e4tig sind.
