Berufsbild der Standesbeamten verbessern
\nProjektgruppe \u201eStellung der Standesbeamten\u201c des Bundesverbandes erfolgreich gestartet<\/h2>\n

Am 26. und 27. Oktober 2017 haben sich die Mitglieder der PG \u201eStellung der Standesbeamten\u201c erstmalig getroffen und die Ziele der PG definiert. Ziele sind unter anderen:
\n– eine umfassende Prozessbeschreibung \u00fcber die Abl\u00e4ufe im Standesamt erstellen
\n– das Berufsbild \u201eStandesbeamter\u201c beschreiben
\n– aktuelle Grundlagen f\u00fcr Stellenbewertungen schaffen.<\/p>\n

Aufbauend auf den langj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer wurde ein \u201eStandardisiertes Raster\u201c f\u00fcr die Erstellung der Prozessbeschreibungen erarbeitet.
\n1. Kunde \/ Anliegen
\n2. Formelle und materielle Bewertung von Urkunden
\n3. Subsumtion
\n4. Entscheidung
\n5. Umsetzung
\n6. Rechtliche Au\u00dfenwirkung.<\/p>\n

In einem ersten Testlauf \u201eSterbefall eines ledigen Deutschen\u201c wurde das Raster auf seine Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit hin gepr\u00fcft. Sichtlich zufrieden waren die Teilnehmer mit dieser ersten Prozessbeschreibung.
\nIn der PG nehmen teil:
