Dozentenfortbildung vom 15. bis 17. M\u00e4rz 2019<\/h2>\n

Viele Dozentinnen und Dozenten der Akademie f\u00fcr Personenstandswesen sowie der Akademie f\u00fcr Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeitsrecht und Meldewesen sind der Einladung zur internen Fortbildung gefolgt.
\nSie haben sich durch eine Referentin des Bundesamtes f\u00fcr Justiz zu den Inhalten der neuen EU-Apostillen-Verordnung (2016\/1191) informiert. Ferner sind sie der Frage nach Elternschaft bei internationaler Leihmutterschaft nachgegangen und wurden durch einen Referenten des Bundesamtes f\u00fcr Migration und Fl\u00fcchtlinge \u00fcber das dortige Asylverfahren in Kenntnis gesetzt.
