Dozentenseminar 2023<\/h2>\n

Auch in 2023 stie\u00df unser schon bew\u00e4hrtes Dozentenseminar auf gro\u00dfe Resonanz. So konnten wir vom 28. \u2013 30. Juli mit einem bis auf den letzten Platz belegten H\u00f6rsaal folgende Fachthemen erarbeiten: Frau Monika Bolten vom OLG D\u00fcsseldorf wies uns in das Anerkennungsverfahren ausl\u00e4ndischer Entscheidungen in Ehesachen unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung v\u00f6lkerrechtlicher Vertr\u00e4ge ein.<\/p>\n

Im Anschluss folgte ein rechtsgeschichtlicher R\u00fcckblick \u00fcber das Personenstandsrecht der DDR, den uns Frau Monika Beutler vom Landesfachverband Brandenburg pr\u00e4sentierte.Frau Klaudia Metzner vom Verlag f\u00fcr Standesamtswesen gab uns mit Frau Anna Metzner sowie Herrn Stephan Jancar Informationen zu unserem Fachverfahren und stellte besondere Auswertungsm\u00f6glichkeiten innerhalb AutiSta vor.<\/p>\n

Herr Thomas Raue \u2013 Raue Consulating \u2013 gab uns Unterst\u00fctzung zum Thema \u201eUmgang mit St\u00f6rern \u2013 Wie sag ich es meinem Kinde?\u201c.<\/p>\n

Einen gro\u00dfen Rahmen nahmen die geplante Namensreform sowie das beabsichtigte Selbstbestimmungsgesetz ein, deren Inhaltspunkte neben den Besonderheiten bez\u00fcglich der Mitteilungen an die Bev\u00f6lkerungsstatistik von der Studienleitung vorgestellt wurden.<\/p>\n
