Dozentenseminar 2024<\/h2>\n

Gerade in diesem Jahr rief das w\u00e4hrend des Wochenendes vom 27. \u2013 29. September 2024 organisierte Dozentenseminar ein enorm gro\u00dfes Interesse bei den nebenamtlichen Dozenten hervor.<\/p>\n

Anlass waren die umfangreichen gesetzlichen \u00c4nderungen, die es in den Seminaren umzusetzen gilt. So referierte Prof. Dr. Anatol Dutta zum Gesetz zur \u00c4nderung des Ehenamens- und Geburtsnamensrechts und des Internationalen Namensrechts. Die Reform des Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeitsrechts thematisierte unser nebenamtliche Dozent Peter Schlotzer.<\/p>\n

Vertreter des Bundeskriminalamtes erl\u00e4uterten das Zeugenschutz-Harmonisierungsgesetz.
